On the Menu

Amuse Bouche

- Poached Clam en bouchée with smoky tomato and caramelized shallot purée

House Made Duck Pastrami with braised local greens

- Paired with Casillero del Diablo 2010 Chardonnay, Limari Valley

Course 1

- Lemon grass skewered Prawns served on a salad of grilled mango with macadamia nuts

- Paired with Terrunyo Sauvignon Blanc, Casablanca Valley

Course 2

- Seared Duck Breast with bacon braised greens, boulanger blue potatoes with a red wine nage

- Paired with three wines

- Terrunyo Carmenere, Rapel Valley

- Don Melchor Cabernet Sauvignon, Maipo Valley

- Carmín de Peumo Carmenere, Rapel Valley

Course 3

- Tres Leches Cake, traditionally fried, served with

seasonal fruit and crème chantilly

- Paired with Concha Reserve Late Harvest
