Assortment of gourmet scones, Danish, and breakfast breads

Eggs wrapped in puffed pastry with crumbled mildly spiced sausage and Vermont cheddar

Eggs wrapped in puffed pastry with an assortment of roasted veggies with shredded provolone cheese

Apple wood smoked bacon strips

White cheddar potato bake

Pan-seared salmon accompanied with a dill cream

Honey glazed spiral ham garnished with grilled pineapple slices

Baked boneless, skin-on chicken breast accompanied with jus lie

Winter vegetable medley including sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts, parsnips, carrots, red peppers, and green beans

With the pace of life and business and the ever-present uncertainty of the future, Thanksgiving is a time to pause and reflect on the abundance of our blessings. The blessings we have are not always measured with dollars and it is something we should take the time to integrate into our everyday thinking. The health we may have, the relationships of friends, family, and colleagues, and the freedoms we enjoy are the real riches of life and not simply a given.

Too often, with the hectic busyness of running our business, we do not take the time to express our gratitude to each of you. Despite, the many challenges in our industry, we exist to serve our guests and we sincerely consider it a privilege to do so.
